Nature-loving children can enjoy a morning learning about Redding’s incredible bird populations at the Lillian Nelson Nature Preserve. Children will get a demonstration in bird identification techniques and learn about a variety of species present at the 30-acre preserve led by hosts from the Wintu Audubon Society and Spring Rivers Foundation.
