Addams Family Musical

Redding School of the Arts High School proudly announces its fall musical production of The Addams Family Musical, a delightfully spooky and heartwarming comedy that brings everyone’s favorite macabre family to life on stage. Performances will take place on October 30, November 1, 7, and 8 in the RSA amphitheater.

Featuring a talented cast of RSA high school students, The Addams Family musical tells the story of Wednesday Addams, the ultimate princess of darkness, as she falls in love with a sweet, smart young man from a “normal” family. When she confides in her father and begs him to keep her secret from her mother, hilarity and chaos ensue as the two families come together for a dinner unlike any other.

Under the direction of RSA’s performing arts staff, this production showcases student talent in acting, music, dance, and design. From eerie costumes to imaginative sets, every element has been created by students with support from faculty and parent volunteers. The show’s blend of humor, heart, and haunting charm makes it a perfect event for ages 8+.

Performances begin at 6:30 p.m. in the RSA Amphitheater. Tickets will be available for purchase at the door and online at www.rsarts.org. Seating is limited, so early reservations are encouraged.
