Elder Abuse Awareness Month Flag Planting-Redding

Purple lawn flags will be planted in Redding as a visual reminder of the 2,992 reports of elder abuse made to Shasta County Adult Protective Services (APS) last year. The public is invited to attend, wear purple and plant flags. There will be a brief statement by Health & Human Services Agency’s Adult Protective Services.
