Repair, Renew, Reuse the Clothes You Love

Meet us at the Redding Library to learn how to do trendy, visible mending! Do your favorite pair of jeans have a rip in them? Stain on your favorite shirt?  Give your favorite clothing a second life by creatively repairing holes or covering stains with visible mending.

Participants should bring one or two clean items that are in need of some TLC.

·         Patterns, directions and instruction will be provided.

·         Sewing experience is helpful but not necessary.

·         Most students will patch up one section of their own garment during the workshop, while others may finish up last stitches at home.
